Your FAQ section, without the scrolling
Most Webflow sites have an FAQ section — an accordion at the bottom of the pricing page, or a CMS collection of questions. It helps, but visitors still have to find the right item and match your wording. AI SmartTalk lets them simply ask: "is there a discount for non-profits?" gets the answer you wrote under "Special pricing", in the visitor's language.
The agent learns the text of your static pages through the Webflow connector, so an FAQ written on a page is picked up straight away. You can also add question-and-answer entries to the knowledge base by hand, from a file, or by extracting them from a document such as your terms of service. When a visitor marks an answer as unhelpful, it lands in a missed-questions list with the conversation, so you know exactly which answer to write next.
What the agent does
Matches meaning, not keywords
The agent finds the right entry even when the visitor's question shares no words with yours, and replies in the visitor's language.
FAQ entries from existing documents
FAQ extraction reads a PDF or a document already in the knowledge base and proposes question-and-answer pairs that you review before importing.
Shows you the gaps
Answers flagged as unhelpful are grouped by question in the missed-questions list, with the surrounding conversation and the documents the agent used.
Says when it does not know
When no content covers a question, the agent says so rather than inventing an answer, and can offer your team if handoff is switched on.
One knowledge base for every channel
The FAQ you build for your Webflow site also answers on WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram or Telegram if you connect them to the same agent.
Set it up
- 1
Connect Webflow
Authorise your sites in Integrations → Webflow; the text of your published static pages, FAQ sections included, is imported.
- 2
Add FAQ entries
Write the answers to the questions you get most, import them, or extract them from your terms, onboarding guide or help documents.
- 3
Activate the chat
Click "Activate chatbot on sites", keep answer feedback switched on in the widget settings, and publish.
- 4
Close the gaps each week
Open the missed-questions list, write the missing answers and use the preview to check the agent now gets them right.
Honest limits
What it does not do
FAQ items stored in a Webflow CMS collection are not read by the connector; add them as FAQ entries or import the pages that display them through the website import. Imported page text is not refreshed automatically when you publish. Missed questions only appear when visitors use the feedback buttons. AI SmartTalk does not write or publish an FAQ section on your Webflow site.
Frequently asked questions
My FAQ is a CMS collection. How do I get it in?
Export it as a CSV with columns headed "question" and "answer" and upload it to the knowledge base, where it is recognised as an FAQ, or import the page that displays the collection through the website import.
Will the answers stay up to date?
Entries you edit in AI SmartTalk are used immediately. Webflow page text is read when you connect, so reconnect or re-import after changing those pages.
Can it answer in languages my site does not have?
Yes. The agent replies in the visitor's language even if your FAQ is written in only one.
How much does it cost?
Plans start at €9.90 per month with AI included within the plan's monthly allowance of AI words, and there is a 30-day free trial.
